What payment types do you accept?
We prefer bank transfers as they provide payment proof to both the customer and us. Cash payments are also accepted upon request.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, Free delivery is offered within Dubai city if the order meets the MOQ. Delivery charges will apply for orders outside Dubai based on the location.
Do you offer Eco-friendly sustainable products?
Yes, We are dedicated to protecting Mother Earth and preserving nature for future generations. We encourage our customers to use our eco-friendly paper products, which are both recycled and recyclable. Contact us to learn more about our paper options and services.
Can I get your services without visiting your office?
Absolutely YES. A customer in Dubai can now request Classy Folds' services from the comfort of their home or office by sending an email with their requirements, and the company will take care of everything.
How can I see a sample before proceeding with an order?
If a customer prefers not to visit our office, we offer the convenience of sending our product expert and product samples to their location.
What is the lead time for your services?
The lead time for each job depends on its complexity, type, quantity, and our internal schedules. We can provide an exact lead time during the project finalization process only.
Can I cancel an order after making an advance payment? What is your refund policy?
If a customer cancels an order right after making an advance payment, we will refund the payment made by them. However, if we have already started production, a partial refund or no refund will be made depending on the progress of the production. If production has been completed before an order is cancelled, the customer is liable to pay the full amount agreed upon in the quotation.
